A pair of sunglasses can go a long way in protecting your eyes. A good pair will protect you from the damaging effects of harsh light and the UV rays emitted by the sun. 3. Stop the habit of smoking

It is a fact that smoking increases the risk of vision loss problems in the later stages of your life. If you are a smoker it is better if you quit the habit altogether to prevent any more health risks from coming up in relation to smoking.

4. Eat a healthy diet

Eating right is also a key point in maintaining good vision and healthy eyesight. A healthy balanced diet is more than enough to keep you away from wearing glasses. 5. Break away from the screen

Whether it’s a TV screen, a computer screen or the phone screens, a break from these devices is always needed. 6. Consult an eye doctor

Going to an optometrist right away is the first thing you should do if you have any concerns with your eyesight. Keeping yourself out of it can resort to your condition getting worse. So, getting a checkup is a must if you have any problems.

7. Be careful about what to put in your eyes

Our eyes are very sensitive and anything that goes in it should be very safe to use. From beauty products to contact lens, make sure that you apply them very carefully to avoid anything that can irritate your eyes.

8. SLEEP WELL

A good shuteye is the best requirement in letting your eyes rest. A minimum of 7 hours will do the trick and stop yourself from reaching out to your phone before bed. Because this just keeps you from getting enough sleep.
